Service

Bookmaster can be used for promotional purposes for your electronic book. We only provide our publishing and marking services to our clients after their payment is received. All other uploads or inquiries will be ignored.

Payment

Upon purchasing our services, you agree to fully comprehend and acknowledge the nature of the purchase and refrain from making any fraudulent disputes. Payments made in KZT or USD via credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and PayPal are acceptable. In the event of any fraudulent dispute, we reserve the right to reset all followers and likes, terminate your account, and/or permanently ban your IP address, if deemed necessary.

Registration

In order to sign up for Bookmaster, you must meet the following requirements:
If you are registering as an individual, you must be 18 (eighteen) years of age or of the age that according to the state law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, allows you to assume responsibility for obligations emerging from contractual relations and have full capacity to take legal actions.If you are registering on behalf of a legal entity, you must have the necessary authorization to agree to these Terms on behalf of the entity and ensure compliance with them.You must ensure that all the information you provide during registration is comprehensive, precise, and kept current.

We are the rightful owners or licensees of all Intellectual Property Rights in Bookmaster and Bookmaster content, and shall continue to maintain such ownership at all times.
You have the right to print and/or download any content belonging to Bookmaster, including these Terms. However, this is only allowed for personal use and any other use or scraping of Bookmaster’s content, other than in connection with your use of Bookmaster, is prohibited without our prior permission.
